Day 49 - How God Speaks to Me

Day 49 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I immediately was able to pray for people but nothing obvious seemed to happen.  I approached 7 people, all needed some type of healing, and only 1 person did not want prayer.  It all happened in one store, Wal-Mart, my favorite place to pray for people.  But even though the people were receptive to receiving prayer, I don’t know how receptive they were to receiving healing.  However, I did discover How God Speaks to me to get my attention.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 48 - It Matters to This One

Day 48 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was only able to approach and prayer for one person today.  I spent about 2 hours looking for people to pray for as I was doing my grocery shopping today.  I went to 3 grocery stores and a dollar store but was only able to find one person to pray for.  Sometimes I get discouraged when I am not able to pray for a lot of people.  But today God was showing me that it is not always about the multitude.  God is concern about the one and it matter a lot to the one person I prayed for today.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 47 - Excuses

Day 47 of my 90 Journey to Experience More and I was given the some excuses for not wanting to receive prayer for healing.  Today I spent about 3 hours looking for people at the mall; a produce market; and even Wal-Mart but was only able to approached 6 people who had an obvious need of healing.  All needed healing; two did not want prayer; and no outward signs of healing took place.  

I have heard a lot of excuses to not receive prayer.  Today was not any different when I received two excuses.  One allowed me to prayer but didn't really expect to be healed because of her age.  Another did not want prayer and gave an excuse that I have heard before - I don't have time.  Read on to find out more about the some of the excuses people have to not want healing. . .

Day 46 - Head Ache Gone Without Aspirin

Day 46 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and after taking a month off to take care of some house keeping, I am now back in full swing and ready to finish the last half of my journey.  Today I approached 8 people; 5 received prayer; all had need of healing; and one person felt the power of the Spirit running down her back.  Last week I prayed for a guy with two amputated legs and while placing my order at Burger King, the cashier’s head ache disappeared when I prayed.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 45 - I Danced, God Blessed & Healed People

Day 45 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and we had many great encounters today ministering with friends.  I was at the park in the city with my church group where once a month we minister to the poor and homeless.  I went out onto the streets with the same group I was with last Friday (Chopper, Gina, & Jacob).  We talked to over 25 people; 13 people received prayer; 2 were healed; and 2 others confirmed miracles from a previous time when we prayed for them.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 44 - God Directed My Steps

Day 44 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and while I was out helping my mom with grocery shopping, God directed me toward a man who needed prayer.  Today I was only able to approach 3 people but only one wanted to receive prayer.   I know that this was a Devine appointment because of what happened after I prayed.  It seems that today God set up two Devine appointments. Day 43 - Preaching Good News to the Poor

Day 43 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I went downtown Baltimore to minister with a pastor friend of mine who just started a Bible study in the city park to the poor.  I didn’t have that much opportunity to pray for a lot of people but I loved sharing the good news of the Gospel with others who needed to hear some good news.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 42 - Went Out Boldly as a Team

Day 42 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I went out tonight with friends and had a great time ministering boldly to others.  We approached at least 14 people; 11 received prayer; 7 had obvious need of healing however there were no confirmed healings; had a great encounter with a Christian couple that we are going to do future outreach with; and Jacob (a 10 year boy) had 2 visions from the Lord right at Wal-Mart while we were ministering.  It was a delightful time ministering with my friends (Chopper, Gina & Jacob) and it gave me a greater boldness with someone along side me.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 41 - Pressing In For More

Day 41 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I’m pressing in for more.  I approached 8 people; prayed for 4 people; went to 2 Wall-Marts, 2 Dollars stores, a Pharmacy, and a grocery store.  All the people I approached had an obvious need of healing but none seemed to be healed.  Even though no one was healed, I enjoyed going out to pray for people including an older gentleman who was partially paralyzed from a stroke who was very grateful that I stopped to pray for him.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 40 - Give and It Will Be Given

Day 40 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I received a blessing back when someone prayed for me.  I was only able to approach 5 people today after going to 4 grocery stores and 3 large department stores including Wal-Mart; everyone I approached had an obvious need of healing; and 3 people received prayer.  Read on to find out what blessing I received. . .

Day 39 - I Felt Tingling in My Feet

Day 39 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and after a long break in coming back from a conference it was a pretty exciting day. I was away for 10 days in which I went to the Voice of the Apostles Conference in Florida. Many great Apostolic leaders spoke at the conference: Randy Clark, Bill Johnson, Reinhardt Bonnke, Heidi Baker, Georgian Banov, Che Ahn, and others.

I also received my 2^nd Ordination Credentials under this Apostolic covering - Global Awakening while I was at the conference. It was an awesome ordination service in which these leaders laid hands on me and 23 others, commissioned me, and signed my new credential certificate. When I got back I took a week to re-organize my life because I heard the Voice of the Lord during the conference and it has forever changed me. If you can go next year to the 2014 Voice of the Apostles, it will most likely change your life as well. Day 38 - Devine Appointment

Day 38 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I had a Devine Appointment at the automobile repair shop.  The exhaust pipe fell off my car 2 days ago and I spent almost all day in the repair shop getting it fixed.  I only had an opportunity to approach 1 person today to ask for prayer and she was sitting in the repair shop waiting room.  She had a foot brace on her left foot.  After checking my vehicle in I immediately went over to her to find out what happened to her foot.  Find out about this Devine Appointment in which God brought bought of us together for His purpose. . .

Day 37 - Breaking a Generational Curse

Day 37 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was able to touch a whole family with the Father's love.  I prayed for 3 of the 5 people I approached today even though I spent over 3 hours looking for people to pray for.  I want to tell you about a family who seemed to be under a generational curse their bones to be brittle.  I was able to pray directly for the grandmother, grandson, and for the whole family that God would break this generational curse.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 36 - Keep On Keeping On

Day 36 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I want to keep on pressing in and pursuing God's Kingdom especially when nothing seems to happen.  I was only able to approach 3 people today because I continued to take care of a family emergency that took up most of my day.  All 3 people I approached did not want to receive any prayer for their obvious physical need.  Read more of why I keep on keeping on. . .

Day 35 - I Prayed for My First Amputee

Day 35 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was ministering to the homeless with my Church at a Park in Baltimore.  I was able to approach at least 10 people but I only was able to pray for 3 people.  However, this was my first time I was able to pray for a guy with an amputated leg.  Find out what happen and how I approached him by reading further. . .

Day 34 - Some Pastors Don't Want Prayer

Day 34 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was still taking care of the doctor's portion of my son's entrance requirements into Teen Challenge so I was only able to approach 3 people today; 2 wanted prayer and a Pastor didn't want to receive prayer.  Learn what happened when I approached a Pastor in a wheel chair. . .

Day 33 - God Took Care of My Family

Day 33 of my 90 Journey to Experience More and even though I only had a chance to pray for 2 people today because of an urgent family matter, God miraculously took care of my son's needs.  I have been trying for months to get my 18 year old son into a good Christian mentoring program and God put it all together this week.  All my personal attempts failed but when I sought first His Kingdom and His righteousness, all these things were added to me as well.  Read on to find out what I mean. . .

Day 32 - Stomach Pain from Afflicting Spirit Healed

Day 32 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and an Afflicting Spirit fled after I prayed for my mom's stomach pain.  I was only able to approach 5 people today because I had to be at a dinner fellowship with my home group.  Still I was able to pray for 4 people today and 1 of those got healed of stomach pain.  Even though I wasn't able to accomplish my goal of 10 people the results were better than most of the days when I can approach 10 people.  The healing took place at the end of the day when I returned home.  Read on to find out what happened today. . .

Day 31 - COPD Healed from God's Presence

Day 31 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and the day ended with a miraculous healing just by entering a restaurant with God's Presence in the room.  Before this miraculous event, most people I approached were unresponsive when I asked to pray for them.  Only 3 out of 10 people I approached wanted to receive prayer and up till then no one was healed. 

I was finishing up my day when I stopped by a Burger King to treat myself to a 50 cent ice cream cone when I noticed two brothers I prayed for two weeks ago on Day 22 of my journey.  One of the brothers noticed me right away and we struck up a conversation.  I didn't know it at the time but before I came in he was coughing a lot and when I walked up to him he stopped coughing.  Read on to find out how he was healed . . .

Day 30 - It Was Natural to Pray for People

Day 30 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was quite enjoyable today walking around an outside market place.  I was able to pray for 5 of the 11 people I approached today and 9 of them had obvious physical need for healing.  There were not any healings to report today but I did feel right at home asking people in the market place if they wanted prayer.  It's becoming more natural to approach people and today I was having fun talking with people and praying for their needs.  Even though I only prayed for 5 people, everyone I prayed for appreciated the love and concern I had for them to stop and pray.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 29 - Keep Praying For People

Day 29 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I received a word from the Lord from one of the people I prayed for.  I went to the local mall and two other stores.  I was able to approach 10 people but only 4 people wanted prayer even though 8 of them had an obvious need for physical healing.  I was dumbfounded by an older man who used a walker and had difficulty hearing say he didn't need any prayer.  I was perplexed that someone didn't want prayer for her obvious need but rather wanted prayer for her relative.  A lady almost ran me over with her mobile cart after I prayed for her.  But the best thing I received today was an encouraging word given to me from someone I prayed for.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 28 - I Could Have Prayed For an Angel

Day 28 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I spent a lot of time trying to find people to pray for when something unusual happened to me today.  I spent over 3 hours looking for people and I was able to approach 6 people of which 4 of them received prayer.  All of them had obvious need of physical healing.  After spending a lot of time going to the grocery store and walking around the mall and only praying for 1 person, I was feeling discouraged.  I asked the Lord to give me words of knowledge or to direct me to someone I could pray for.  Almost as soon as I prayed, I noticed a man with a sling around his arm walking down the street on the other side as I was passing him in my car.  Read on to find out what happened next and why I think he might have been an angel sent by God to encourage me . . .

Day 27 - Some Christians Don't Want Prayer

Day 27 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I came across a lot of Christians who did not want to receive prayer for healing.  I only prayed for 2 people today out of the 7 people I approached.  I was able to pray for one because I established a relationship with her first (a lesson I learned on Day 25 of my Journey).  However, I think she allowed me to pray for her out of obligation of helping her.  She only wanted a quick prayer.  The last guy I met was in his eighties and was breathing so badly that you could hear him wheezing with each breath needing an oxygen tank to assist his breathing.  Read on to find out what he said and other Christians gave as the reason they didn't want prayer. . .

Day 26 - Always Minister in Compassion

Day 26 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and there were not a lot of receptive people who wanted to receive prayer.  I went to 10 stores today and only was able to approach 8 people who had some obvious physical need of prayer.  However, only 3 people wanted prayer and the rest did not with no one appearing to be healed.  The first person I approached was in a mobile cart waiting at the checkout counter with her husband.  I introduced myself and asked if she could use prayer thinking that she wanted physical healing.  However, she wanted prayer for a tragic event that recently happened in her life.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 25 - Try to Build a Relationship First

Day 25 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I had a great conversation with a family in the local mall.  My brother just got in from out of state and I was spending some time with him.  However, while I was out with my brother I was able to pray for 2 out of the 4 people I approached today and no obvious healing took place.  But I learned another valuable lesson in my journey to experience more.  It is a lot easier to pray for people when you have built a relationship first before you dive in and ask to pray.  Find out what I mean by reading further. . .

Day 24 - It's A Lot Easier When You Know Where to Go

Day 24 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I went into the city today.  I think it was one of the hottest days of the year so I don't know what I was thinking when I ventured into the city today.  My younger son had a youth event in the city and I had some time to kill so I walked around the city streets trying to find someone to pray for.  I was able to approach 5 people all of which needed physical healing but only one person wanted to receive prayer.  Yesterday I found out that it was a lot easier to go with friends to pray for others.  Today I found out that there are locations that are a lot easier to minister at than others.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 23 - It's A Lot Easier with Friends

Day 23 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was able to go out with some friends to pray for others.  We went to my favorite place, Wal-Mart and together we approached at least 9 people; 7 received prayer; and only 1 did not have any obvious need of physical healing.  At least 2 and maybe even a 3rd person I met on the streets received healing.  Praise the Lord!  We had a great time praying for others as we shared the love of Christ.  It sure was a lot easier and more fun going out with others.  I guess that is why Jesus sent out the disciples in pairs of two.  Find out more by reading further. . .

Day 22 - Confirmation of Healing Last Week

Day 22 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I received confirmation of a healing that took place last week.  It was a very busy day today and I only had less than 3 hours of sleep last night but I was able to approach 10 people today; 9 of those had obvious need of healing; and 7 people received prayer. 

The very first person I approached was someone that I prayed for last week.  He had pain in his wrist from driving a motor cycle for a long time and he told me the pain was gone and his wrist felt a lot better since I prayed for him last week (see comments on the bottom of the16th Day of my Journey for details).  Even though I was tired today God sustained me and I was able to share His love and goodness to many people today.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 21 - I Stopped Saying Sometimes

Day 21 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I had another family emergency which took up most of my day.  I must be doing something right because the enemy is trying to disrupt my journey.  However, at the end of the day I was able to go out and approach 2 people. One received prayer for healing and another rejected it.  I wasn't able to approach 10 people today but God isn't as concerned about the numbers as much as He is concerned about our hearts (see Day 17 of my Journey).  Read on to find out what lesson I re-learned today about my expectation of healing and how that might effect the results. . .

Day 20 - I'm Good

Day 20 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was astounded at the response I heard several times today, "I'm Good." and walked away not wanting prayer.  I approached 11 people today but only 5 of them wanted prayer.  Only 2 of the 5 who received prayer needed to be healed of something obvious.  The other 3 people who received prayer needed financial blessing. 

There were 6 people who had obvious need of physical healing that turned down prayer.  All responded similarly, "I'm good." then walked away without wanting any prayer.  Many reasons were given.  Read on to find out their responses and to find out what happen to my son when I prayed for him after being in a bike accident. . .

Day 19 - God Brought Them to Me

Day 19 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was only able to go to 4 people today.  I spent most of the day taking care of a family emergency.  However, even in the middle of my emergency, I was able to pray for 4 people.  Keep on reading to find out more. . . 

Day 18 - A Great Day to Pray for People

Day 18 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was a great day to pray for people.  Unlike yesterday, I was able to pray for 6 of the 10 people I approached today; 8 of them obviously needed prayer, and one person got healed - my mom.  It all started even before I went out the door when I was experiencing a lot of heat coming from my hands.  I had my right hand over my heart and my chest felt like it was on fire.  My mom was right next to me so I held her right hand in mine and asked if she felt anything.  She said she didn't but something exciting happened when I let go of her hand.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 17 - Nothing but Tea Leaves

Day 17 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I wasn't able to find anybody that needed prayer.  To be honest it was taking me a long time to get out the door.  I was still thinking about what happened yesterday when a lady got very upset when I asked to pray for her.  I think Satan was still trying to discourage me from continuing my journey to experience more.  I spent about 2 hours looking for someone to pray for but there was no one to be found.  Read on to find out more. . .

Day 16 - Violent Reaction from the Enemy

Day 16 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was almost stopped from a violent reaction I believe came from the enemy when I approached someone for prayer.  I was able to approach 10 people today at various places I visited today; 9 of those had obvious need of healing but only 5 people wanted to receive prayer.  I met someone who I prayed for 2 weeks ago who confirmed that he has been healed ever since I prayed.   Then I had a violent reaction with a lady in a wheel chair that was very angry at me.  I knew that this attack was from the enemy and I was taken back for awhile.  Find out more of what happened by reading further. . .

Day 15 - The Enemy Squirms

Day 15 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was only able to approach 4 people today because I was helping my mom with her monthly grocery and other shopping.  I also included Saturday's outreach event with my church feeding the homeless in Baltimore where I approached another 11 people to ask if they needed prayer.  Over these two days 9 of the 15 people approached received prayer and 6 people had an obvious need of healing.  My mom's painful swelling in her legs went down almost immediately after I prayed for her.  A sales clerk was almost persuaded to receive prayer for her broken foot and the Satan Squirmed in a guy's knee after I prayed for him.  Find out more by reading further. . .

Day 14 - I Saw My Head Pop Off

Today is Day 14 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More.  I took off yesterday because of an urgent family matter.  Today because it was 4th of July and I was invited to a cookout, I was only able to approach 5 people today.  All of them needed some physical healing and only one did not want any prayer.  I suppose you are wondering about the title: I Saw My Head Pop Off.  Well, last night when I was at a local house church group, I gave my testimony about what God was doing the last two weeks in my journey.  There was a guy there who had pain in his neck and arms and was asked if he would like prayer.  I got up and started to pray for him.  Read on to find out what happened next. . .

Day 13 - The Touch of God's Love

Day 13 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and an overwhelming majority of people (9 out of 11) wanted to receive prayer.  Everyone I approached needed to be healed of some obvious physical problem There were 2 young ladies with at risk pregnancies that were touched by God's love when I prayed for their babies and another older lady who was healed of excruciating pain in both feet caused by neuropathy.  It was an awesome day.  Read further to find out more. . .

Day 12 - Lady with Arthritis Pain is Healed

Day 12 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I had a slow start today.  To be very honest, I didn't feel like going out today to pray for people.  Emotionally I was down and my Sunday wasn't as spectacular as the previous Sunday where over 40 people got healed.  I guess it's hard to get started again after a weekend break.  I think the enemy was trying his best to stop me from continuing this journey.  But I did not want to stop and I still wanted MORE! 

I'm glad I didn't follow my emotions today and do what I felt like doing.  I would have never experienced the eighth person I asked get healed from arthritis pain.  Read on to find out the details and a bonus message of God's blessing I received at the end of the day.

Day 11 - Prayer Meetings & Prayer Lists

Day 11 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and there didn't appear to be anything spectacular happen today except for pursuing the Father's presence.  Out of the 10 people that I contacted only 5 people wanted to receive prayer; 4 people had an obvious need of prayer and 6 people did not.  I met a lady at the checkout who was concerned for her 22 year old daughter who was moving out of state.  I also prayed for an 88 year old man and his wife who was at home recuperating from surgery that removed a tumor from her intestines. There was an older man who was wearing a back brace that starred at me for a long time when I asked him if I could pray for him.  After awhile he said I guess so.  But when I asked if I could pray for him now, he declined and walked away.

I approached a wonderful Christian lady from a well known denomination that was telling me all about the importance of prayer and that she believed in the power of prayer.  Then she proceeded to tell me how she labored over praying for others every week with many people being added to the church's prayer list every week.

Day 10 - The Rain Stopped After I Prayed

Day 10 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was pretty much non-eventful except at the very end when I prayed for the rain to stop then it got really interesting.  After spending intimate time with the Lord (see Day 9 about Practicing the Presence) I asked the Holy Spirit where I should go.  I heard in my mind, "Walk down Main Street."  It was raining all afternoon and there were dark clouds still in the sky.  I thought maybe what I heard was not from the Holy Spirit but the thought did not go away.  I wanted to be obedient to the Spirit's call so I decided to park my car close to Main Street in my community and started walking.  Wouldn't you know it, the rain stopped right before I left the house but the dark clouds were still in the sky.  Read on to find out what happened when it started raining again. . .

Day 9 - Practice the Presence

The 9th Day in my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was a slow start for me.  I didn't get out the door until 6:30 pm because of some paper work I had to finish up.  It was about 3:00 pm that I was ready to go out the door but I lacked energy and spiritual direction.  I realized that since Sunday, I have not had any intimacy with the Father.  So I decided rather than going out to accomplish my goal right away, I went to my quiet place to be with my Heavenly Father and spend some time with Him.  Today's focus in my journey was not about how many people I approached (only 9) nor about how many people got healed (none yet confirmed) but about the importance of practicing the presence of God.

Day 8 - The Wave of God's Presence

Day 8 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More I was still recuperating from yesterday's Church service that I preached and ministered to.  Today I played good Samaritan to an older man that I prayed for last week and I met up at the end of the day and had fellowship with someone else that I prayed for last week.  I only got to approach 4 people today including the 2 that I prayed for last week; 3 obviously needed prayer; and 2 wanted to receive prayer; and the 2 that I prayed for last week did not want prayer this week.  I figured I would take it easy today and recuperate from Sunday's service.  Yesterday, the Wave of God's Presence hit the congregation and the Holy Spirit fell on many people who received healing.  I was ministering to many people 4 hours after the service ended.  There must have been well over 40 people healed that day out of a congregation of about 80 in attendance. 

Day 7 - I Wondered At Their Unbelief

Today was day 7 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was a great week.  WOW! I have experienced more healings and miracles in one week than I have ever experienced - 6 healings in all. Praise the Lord!  With that said, today's experience was different than the rest.  I can say the same thing of my experience today that Jesus said of His home town, "[I] wondered at their unbelief" (Mark 6:6, NASB).  Instead of ministering in my home town today as Jesus did which caused their unbelief, I was ministering in a more affluent community then the past six days.  The results are interesting.  Out of the 10 people I approached today, only 3 said I could pray for them but even those 3 didn't seem to have much faith that anything was going to happen after I prayed.  And as they expected or believed no healing took place today.  There seems to be a correlation between the lack of response I got asking others to pray for healing and this affluent community.  Read on for more details of what I learned today.

Day 6 - Give Me One More

Today was day 6 in my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I tried something a little different this time.  First when I arrived at my destination I spent a lot of time in intimacy with the Father.  Second, on two separate occasions today I asked God to give me just one more person to pray for right before I was leaving the Mall where I was ministering at.  God answered me both times and gave me someone to pray for in the parking lot.  I went to the local Mall two separate times today and approached 10 people to ask if they wanted prayer and 9 of them needed some physical healing; 9 people wanted prayer and only 1 person refused; and 2 experienced healing.  Wow! What a difference when you spend time with the Father.  Read on to find out more.

Day 5 - Act What I Believe Not How I Feel

This is Day 5 of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I decided that today I would simply act like what I already believed I was or what I wanted to be.  It wasn't that much different than before, I approached 10 people to ask if they needed prayer - 8 obviously needed prayer and only 2 did not have any obvious signs.  Out of the 10 people I asked to pray for, 4 people wanted to receive prayer and it didn't appear that anyone was completely healed today.  However, today I rediscovered a valuable lesson in my journey to experience more.  Read on to find out the lesson I learned and the rest of the story.

Day 4 - 90 Day Journey

Today was the fourth day in my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and I was better prepared than yesterday.  I wasn't distracted by any problems today and could spend more time with the Lord.  The results were interesting.  I approached 10 people to ask if they needed prayer - 8 obviously needed prayer and only 2 did not have any obvious signs.  Out of the 10 people I asked to pray for, 8 people wanted to receive prayer.  Seems like pretty good results compared to yesterday except that this time there appeared to be no outward signs of healing.  I did get a call from one guy later that said he felt a lot better than he had in years and thanked me for praying and  I did have one or two unique experiences.  Read on to find out more.

Day 3 - 90 Day Journey

The third day of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was pretty difficult to start.  I got a later start today and didn't get out the door until 4:30 p.m.  I was dealing with customer service on a storage unit I have that took over my afternoon.  I didn't spend as much quiet time with my Heavenly Father as I would have liked to and I was still thinking of the problems I had with customer service.  I finally decided that instead of focusing on the problem I was going to focus on pursuing God's Kingdom and let Him take care of ". . .all these things as well" (Matt. 6:33).  Today I barely was able to approach 10 people to ask if they needed prayer, but I did accomplished my goal - 4 had an outward appearance that they needed to be healed and 6 had no obvious signs.  Out of the 10 people I asked to pray for, only 4 of them wanted to receive prayer of which 2 were healed in some way.  Read on to find out more.

Day 2 - 90 Day Journey

The second day of my 90 Day Journey to Experience More and it was pretty exciting and fun.  Because it was Sunday, It was easy to fulfill my goal of asking at least 10 people whether they wanted prayer.  There were about 60 people in church and I asked all of them if they needed prayer.  I think this is ok with the Father - I still want to be true to my pursuit of asking at least 10 people a day for 90 days and Sunday was never the problem.  It usually was the other days (Monday to Saturday) that I didn't pray for many people.

Anyway, out of the 60 people in the church 4 people received prayer. 

Day 1 - 90 Day Journey

Today was the first day in my 90 Day Journey to Experience More of God's presence and the greater works that Jesus said we would do.  I approached 12 people to ask if they needed prayer - 9 had an outward appearance that they needed to be healed and 3 had no obvious signs.  Out of the 12 people I asked to pray for, half of them (six) people wanted to receive prayer.  There were no observable signs that any of the six that I prayed for got healed but most all of them felt the love and presence of the Holy Spirit.  I blessed everyone I came in contact with and shared God's goodness and love with them even those who didn't want to receive prayer.  Everyone was appreciative and no one was negative.  Read more below for the details.

90 Day Journey to Experience More.

Starting June 15^th, I will endeavor to approach 10 people a day for the next 90 days to pray for their healing, a miracle, resurrection from the dead, or deliverance giving them the gospel message of the Father's love.  I will be purposefully pursuing God’s presence and the greater works that Jesus said we would do in John 14:12-14.  Others have gone on a similar journey and after diligently pursuing God’s promises they have experienced a great breakthrough in the anointing. 

Man with Metal Gets Healed

I was sitting in the waiting area of the local pharmacy and a man sat at one of the blood pressure testing machines across from me.  After his blood pressure test was complete I ask him how it turned out.  He said it was high but it gets higher when he takes his medicine.  That response intrigued me so I asked further about what medicine he needed that made his blood pressure go up even more.  He explained that he needed pain medication because he fell off of a building recently and broke his back.  He said the surgeon took out two damaged vertebrae in his back and put metal rods in their place to fused that section together where the damaged vertebrae had been.  He has been experiencing excruciating pain ever since the surgery and has been unable to work since.

God Loves the Animals Too

This evening I was walking with my son in our community and I had the opportunity to talk to a pet lover who was telling me about her wonderful pets she had.  She had taken these pets in from an animal shelter and was caring for them.  You could tell that they received loving care because they loved to be around people and had a great temperament.  One of the dogs named Dee Dee had a heart murmur and had difficulty breathing so I asked if I could pray for her dog.

Becoming More Naturally Supernatural

Last week I was at the library picking up some good movies.  I also got six good cookbooks - I was really hungry at the time and the pictures looked enticing.  As I was walking out of the library I experienced for the first time something amazing.

 There were two older men walking into the library, one who was using a walker and another who had a cane.  I went over to them without hesitation and asked if they would like prayer.  They accepted my offer and I commanded healing over their bodies and blessed them. 

Back Pain Healed

I was at the park in Baltimore today ministering to those in need.  While sitting on a park bench praying for blessings over someone another older man was intently listening and waiting for me to finish at which time he exclaimed, "I could use prayer."

I asked him what he needed prayer for and he told me that he had pancreatic cancer and also just had hernia surgery that was still bothering him. 

How to Have Greater Faith to Move in Greater Works?

We can measure the amount of faith we have or want to have by what we give away that God has already given us.  2 Cor 9:6-8 says, ". . .Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."   This scripture reference is not just about money.  Read on to find out more. . .

Nine Year Old Heals a Lady's Knees

Tonight I went out with some friends from the church to go on a treasure hunt at the local department store.  I didn't have that much success in finding anyone that wanted to receive prayer but I shared God's love and blessed them still.  However, Jacob, a nine year old boy (soon to be 10) and Gina seemed to be on fire and were anxiously going up to people to ask to pray for them.  

Anointing from Benny Hinn & Timothy Berry

I'm going to see Benny Hinn tomorrow night & Saturday morning. I'm also going to see Timothy Berry at Harvest Church on Saturday night at 7pm.   I hope to receive more - an impartation for more healing and words of knowledge.  Both of these are anointed men of God that flow in the supernatural.

Nice Lady with Cane didn't want prayer

Yesterday I met an older lady at the store while picking up some school supplies.  I saw that she needed help reaching for some pens at the top row so I offered to help.  After helping her, I asked if I could pray for her.  It was obvious that she needed healing because she was using her cane and was partially blind. 

Healing Comes from God's Authority

Last week I was at the Voice of the Prophets 2013 conference through Global Awakening.   I was blessed beyond anything I could ask or imagine.  But the one thing that will forever transform me and has renewed my mind was what John Paul Jackson said Friday night about authority and power.  This truth that healing comes through God's authority working in me has caused me to move in an awesome healing experience I had this past Sunday.

Man with shoulder pain healed

Today was a great day having fun sharing God's love and goodness to many people on the streets of Baltimore.  Once a month our church ministers to and feeds the homeless and those in need in Baltimore.  I asked a group of men waiting at a picnic table if anyone needed prayer.  One man whose name is Daniel (the same as mine) enthusiastically asked if I could pray for his right shoulder.  He was so eager because I learned later that two months ago his knee was healed after someone from our group prayed for him.

The Secret to Moving in Greater Works

Want to know how to move in the supernatural?

Want to heal the sick, raise the dead, cause the blind to see and the deaf to hear; and to do the greater works that Jesus tells us we will do in John 14:12?  We can move in these greater works but it's not going to happen just by wishing for it or even going out and attempting these greater works.  We need to first be plugged into the source of where this authority and power comes from. That source is Jesus Christ. 

Lady with Knee Brace

While I was leaving a Doctor's appointment today, I met a lady who had a knee brace on her left knee and was using a cane.  I asked her what happened and she told me that it was bone on bone but did not offer any other information.  I responded and asked if I could pray for her.  She graciously accepted.
